چکیده
The Paleogene Liushagang Formation is part of the Fushan Sag, a continental lacustrine basin located at theSoutheastern margin Beibuwan Basin, South China Sea. Further understanding deep-water gravityflow deposits in this formation will be conducive to lithologic reservoir exploration sag. In study, three members Formation, SQEls3 SQEls2 and SQEls1, from old young, are used withcore observation, well log data, three-dimensional seismic data identify four deep-lacustrine gravity flowlithofacies including their vertical lateral relationships within depositional system. results thenused establish flow model. Four types lithofacies developed inthe sag: sandy debrite, turbidite, slump, bottom-current deposits. Sand-rich sub-lacustrine fan depositswith typical turbidite channels were mainly western depression, whereas distal isolated lobesformed by debrite occurred eastern depression. obtained studywill helpful research flows similar environments.

DIAGENESIS AND RESERVOIR QUALITY EVOLUTION OF SHELF-MARGIN SANDSTONES IN PEARL RIVER MOUTH BASIN, SOUTH CHINA SEA
A study of the diagenetic evolution of sandstones from Panyu low-uplift in the Pearl River Mouth Basin was carried out to unravel the controls on shelf margin sandstone reservoir quality. The reservoir rocks, Oligocene volcanic clastic sandstones of the Zhuhai Formation, have a burial depth of 2765 to 3440 m. 70 samples were studied using the granulometric analyses, X-ray diffraction (XRD) anal...

this study intends to investigate samuel beckett’s waiting for godot and endgame under the lacanian psychoanalysis. it begins by explaining the most important concepts of lacanian psychoanalysis. the beckettian characters are studied regarding their state of unconscious, and not the state of consciousness as is common in most beckett studies. according to lacan, language plays the sole role in ...
Overpressuring mechanisms in the Yinggehai Basin, South China Sea
Yinggehai Basin is an elongate Cenozoic rift basin on the northwestern margin of the South China Sea continental shelf. Its thick ( 17 km) basin fill is characterized by high geothermal gradient and high overpressure. Overpressure associated with nonequilibrium compaction mainly occurs at depths more than 2800 m at the basin center and more than 4000 m at the basin margin because the shallow-bu...

متن کاملWind-Driven South China Sea Deep Basin Warm-Core/ Cool-Core Eddies
The formation of the South China Sea (SCS) deep basin warm-core and cool-core eddies was studied numerically using the Princeton Ocean Model (POM) with 20 km horizontal resolution and 23 sigma levels conforming to a realistic bottom topography. Numerical integration was divided into pre-experimental and experimental stages. During the preexperimental stage, we integrated the POM model for three...
